Bring on the Steven Tyler.
January 27, 2011 Last night I watched my first episode of this season's American Idol. I lost interest after season 8 (Adam Lambert, hello, how can you top that?) but now that the judges include Steven Tyler I am back on board.
Steven Tyler mesmerizes me. I'm fairly certain he is an alien. A very talented, successful alien. How else is it possible for someone to remain relevant in rock & roll for 40 years? Maybe he just deserves it because he appears to be a very nice man who makes awesome music. He also seems like a very thoughtful judge who sees beauty in even the weirdest misfit.
Dare we hope for a live Aerosmith performance? It probably won't be until we're in the top 10 at least.

He definitely LOOKS like an alien... Ever heard the stories about Andrew's dad and his friendship with Joe Perry? You're closer to Aerosmith than you may have thought... :)
He definitely says some strange things! I am really enjoying watching him :)
