5 Years
January 10, 2011 This weekend I had some gal friends up to Beacon for a movie-watching slumber party. We ended up watching football (yay, Seahawks!) and playing board games and eating A LOT of food. We also previewed Lauren's movie, SMILE, that she is just wrapping up and entering into festivals. We watched it twice because it is that good.
On Sunday afternoon Abe and I celebrated our 5 year dating anniversary by taking Lily for a walk and ordering Japanese food (we had already eaten brunch at Max's.). I can't believe we've been together for 5 years - it's kind of nuts. Paws was only 4 years old when we met and now he's a grumpy old man! I'm so excited to marry him (Abe, not Paws) in just a few months eeeek!

Spoonflower Contest (vote for me!)
January 6, 2011 I created a design for the Spoonflower contest: Large Scale Botanical. This was a fun pattern to create because we had to work with a limited color pallette. You didn't have to use all the colors, but I did.

The End of '10 and into '11
January 5, 2011 I spent a nice Christmas with my family in Massachusetts. I got a pair of L.L. Bean boots, which came in very handy when we were hit with a blizzard two days later. I love my boots and want to wear them all the time - they make winter a lot more fun.
For New Year's Eve we had some friends up from DC. Lily and their puppy Chloe instantly became the most bestest friends in the whole world. Most of our weekend revolved around watching them play
